A válvula 6281 é uma válvula de membrana servo-controlada da série S.EV. O funcionamento coreto da válvula exige sempre uma pressão diferencial mínima. De acordo com as aplicações, estão disponíveis membranas de diferentes materiais e modos de atuação. A caixa padronizada em latão cumpre todos os requisitos europeus relativos à água potável. Para outras marcas é disponibilizado um latão resistente a dezincificação. A oferta de caixas é completada por uma variante em aço inoxidável. As bobinas magnéticas são revestidas por um epóxido quimicamente muito resistente. Para reduzir o consumo de energia, todas as bobinas podem ser fornecidas com um sistema eletrónico de redução da potência. É possível equipar a válvula com uma operação manual para uma manutenção e colocação em funcionamento simples. Quando combinadas com um conector conforme DIN EN 17301-803 forma A, as válvulas satisfazem o tipo de proteção IP65 - com uma caixa em aço inoxidável NEMA 4X.
