Descrição do tipo

A inovadora válvula de processo da Bürkert tipo 3361 é a solução para tarefas de controle e uso em condições exigentes. O acionamento com motor elétrico com haste de esferas circulantes posiciona a esfera de regulação com a máxima precisão. Excecional é a elevada velocidade de posicionamento de 6 mm/s, que reage quase sem atraso aos sinais do processo e pode variar conforme as necessidades do cliente. As oscilações ou impactos de pressão no fluido não têm repercussão no ajuste da válvula. Cada corpo de válvulas otimizado ao fluxo pode ser equipado com até 5 assentos de válvulas para se adaptar com precisão às exigências dos clientes. Se necessário, a posição de segurança pode ser acionada por um acumulador de energia adicional, em caso de falha de energia. O acionamento e a válvula apresentam um design fechado perfeitamente combinado, com uma superfície robusta. Isto garante os requisitos de higiene de uma limpeza rápida e sem deixar resíduos. Condições ambientais desfavoráveis não são um problema o tipo 3361, graças à classe de proteção IP65/IP67 e à elevada resistência a impactos e vibrações. A vida útil prolongada e a estanqueidade são alcançadas através da caixa de empanque auto-ajustável com gaxeta tipo V substituível. O tipo 3361, adequado para barramento de campo oferece ao utilizador muitas funções úteis para a monitorização do processo, diagnóstico de válvulas e manutenção preventiva e, consequentemente, a vantagem decisiva de uma automatização moderna do processo.
