Tipo 8691 - Cabeça de comando para a automação descentralizada das válvulas de processo ELEMENT
Descrição do tipo
A cabeça de comando tipo 8691 foi desenvolvida para a automação decentralizada das válvulas de processo ELEMENT tipo 21XX. A posição da válvula é detectada sem contato através de um sensor analógico que reconhece e salva automaticamente as posições finais da válvula no momento do comissionamento por meio da função Teach. A válvula piloto integrada controla os acionamentos de efeito simples ou duplo. Como opcional é possível escolher uma interface de comunicação AS-Interface, IO-Link ou büS (baseado em CANopen). O design da cabeça de comando e do atuador proporciona uma passagem interna do ar de comando sem mangueiras externas. Além do feedback elétrico da posição, o status do dispositivo na cabeça de comando pode ser identificado visualmente através de um LED de alta capacidade mesmo em condições ambientais difíceis. O corpo fabricado com materiais resistentes a elementos químicos pode ser facilmente limpado e oferece uma proteção IP prática para o uso higienizado na indústria alimentícia, de bebidas e farmacêutica. Especial para a limpeza da planta, o grau de proteção IP do corpo é suportado por uma sobrepressão na cabeça de comando. Combinado com os atuadores Bürkert da série ELEMENT, o sistema de ajuste pneumático do cabeçote permite uma ventilação da câmara pneumática, o que impede a contaminação das câmaras de acionamento pelo ambiente externo.
